Annual Accounts 2009 approved by the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Camposol Holding PLC has discussed and approved the
final annual accounts for 2009.
The final annual accounts do not differ significantly from the preliminary
figures for 2009 published on 24 February 2010. Net income for the year was USD
2.0 million compared to the USD 2.1 million reported in Q4 report. Operating
profit from the audited accounts USD 14.5 million for the year, slightly lower
than the result published in the Q4 2009 results.
Total assets, total equity and total liabilities were slightly lower with
audited figures of USD 351.2 million, USD 234.5 million and USD 116.7 million,
respectively.
