Compendium Launches HootSuite Integration

(firmenpresse) - INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 10/24/12 -- Marketers who use HootSuite for social media management will save time and effort with a new integration from Compendium (), a that helps organizations capture and create original content in a for distribution to any marketing channel.

Compendium's integration with HootSuite places promotions of Compendium content directly into the user's HootSuite Drafts folder. Once in the Drafts folder, marketers can schedule and edit the promotion within HootSuite and promote it to various social networks, including Google+.

The HootSuite integration follows Compendium's expanded social network integrations that allow scheduling and author-level promotions. Compendium also integrates with Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

"A large percentage of our enterprise clients manage their social networks through HootSuite because they like the solution's multiple-account management, advanced filtering and collaboration functionality," said James Paden, vice president of product at Compendium. "Now it will be easier for marketers to drive social traffic to their content through HootSuite."

Compendium offers this upgrade free of charge. It can be added to customer accounts through the solution's Account Settings.
