This notice is given respect of Amstel Securitisation of Highgrade Exposures
2007-1 B.V.'s (the Issuer) ?445,000,000 Class A Credit-Linked Floating Rate
Notes due 2017 (ISIN: XS0297309386) (the Class A Notes), ?75,000,000 Class B
Credit-Linked Floating Rate Notes due 2017 (ISIN: XS0297310715) (the Class B
Notes), ?115,000,000 Class C Credit-Linked Floating Rate Notes due 2017 (ISIN:
XS0297312331) (the Class C Notes), ?75,000,000 Class D Credit-Linked Floating
Rate Notes due 2017 (ISIN: XS0297313818) (the Class D Notes), ?90,000,000 Class
E Credit-Linked Floating Rate Notes due 2017 (ISIN: XS0297314626) (the Class E
Notes), and ?200,000,000 Class F Credit-Linked Floating Rate Notes due 2017
(ISIN: XS0297316910) (the Class F Notes) (together, the Notes).
The Issuer has been informed that certain reductions effected in respect of the
reference portfolio on the last adjustment date resulted from circumstances not
envisaged by the transaction documents.
The Issuer will be convening a meeting of each class of the noteholders in order
to seek ratification of the above-mentioned reductions. Notices of the meetings
will be delivered to noteholders via Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg.
The Issuer suggests that, where relevant, noteholders contact their custodian to
ensure prompt receipt of the notices of meetings referred to above. This Press
