The Board of Directors of Copeinca ASA has in its meeting on 19 April 2010,
discussed and approved the final accounts for 2009. Attached please find
audited financial statements.
The final accounts do not differ significantly from the preliminary figures for
2009 published on 25 February 2010. The EBITDA calculated from the audited
accounts is USD 59 million for the year, slightly lower than the preliminary
reported EBITDA of USD 59.5 million published in the Q4 2009 Results.
