TOM TAILOR Holding AG initial public offering: Greenshoe option partly
exercised
Stabilisation period ended
Acting as stabilization manager on behalf of the underwriting banks, J.P.
Morgan today partly exercised the greenshoe option that was granted to the
underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of TOM TAILOR
Holding AG. 470,356 of the overall 1.65 million shares placed as
overallotment were acquired. A total of 11,470,356 shares were sold in the
offering. The partly exercise of the greenshoe option resulted in a free
float of nearly 70 percent.
Herewith, the stabilization period ends.
