Zurich/Cologne, 29 October 2012 - Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG -
'brand innovator' in the luxury residential property segment and manager of
investment properties in Germany - has signed a Germany-wide licensing
agreement with international design, branding and marketing company yoo
Limited, for the exclusive right to develop residential property projects
in Germany under the design brand 'yoo inspired by Starck'.
Cementing an already successful partnership
As a 'brand innovator', Peach Property Group pursues a strategy of
positioning its high-end real estate projects with strong brands and
exceptional marketing, to create a lifestyle and value for customers that
extends beyond the physical property. As a supplement to the profile of its
own brand, which is excellently positioned in the luxury condominium and
high-quality refurbishment segments, the Group has been successfully
working with yoo since 2009 with the launch of the first 'yoo inspired by
Starck' project in Germany, 'yoo berlin'.
'yoo berlin' is located in a unique historical location on the Spree in
Berlin-Mitte, offering 95 residential units designed by 'yoo inspired by
Starck' the design brand under the creative direction of renowned designer
Philippe Starck. Due for completion in 2013, around 75% of the condominiums
are already notarised or reserved.
'yoo Berlin' was also recently granted a number of awards at the European
Property Awards 2012 in London, including 'Best Apartment Europe', marking
the first time the award has been won in Germany.
Both partners intend to continue this successful partnership in the
realisation of new real estate projects. Peach Property Group already has
an attractive project pipeline and is currently in discussions about
further construction opportunities that would lend themselves to the 'yoo
inspired by Starck' brand.
