Pinecrest Grants Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/29/12 -- Subject to regulatory approval, Pinecrest Resources Ltd. ("Pinecrest" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE: PCR) has granted 510,000 stock options to a director of the Company. The options are at an exercise price of $0.12 per share and valid for a period of five years from the date of grant.
