Amsterdam - 27(th) April 2010 - Head N.V. (VSX: HEAD; U.S. OTC: HEDYY.PK), a
leading global manufacturer and marketer of sports equipment, announced today
that it filed its Dutch Financial Report for the year ended 31(st) December
2009 with the Authority for Financial Markets in the Netherlands (AFM) and the
Vienna Stock Exchange (VSE) and that it published its annual report for the year
ended 31(st) December 2009. Copies of the reports are available on our website

A press release announcing the preliminary unaudited results was published on
the 25(th) of February and can be found on our website www.head.com.
The first quarter's results will be released on or around the 12(th) of May
2010.
