Axxcelera Broadband Wireless Announces AxxceLTE(TM) eNodeB
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 10/30/12 -- Axxcelera Broadband Wireless, a Moseley company and premier provider of broadband wireless communications products and technologies, announced today the introduction of the AxxceLTE™ eNodeB.
The 3GPP standard-compliant AxxceLTE™ eNodeB provides LTE wireless access over a wide range of frequency bands. The AxxceLTE™ eNodeB is offered as either an integrated unit with the baseband and the radio in one enclosure or a distributed design with separate baseband (BBU) and remote radio heads (RRH). Two MIMO sectors are supported per RRH and a BBU can support up to three sectors. The configurable MIMO radio can provide either two 10W or four 5W channels. The AxxceLTE eNodeB is a best-in-class system that combines a powerful radio unit with the state of the art baseband processing and a high performance network switch in a single compact outdoor enclosure. The flexible architecture allows for easy expansion while protecting the investment capital and can be readily configured to meet customer requirements in terms of high cell capacity, coverage and number of users in the desired spectrum band of operation.
