SAF Neva, the Russian subsidiary of the Lesaffre Group, one of the world's leaders in yeast production, has chosen Amcor Flexibles to deliver the packaging for their instant baking yeast, SAF-Moment, sold in the Russian Federation.
(firmenpresse) - SAF-Moment instant yeast is available in a three-pack with each of the three sachets showing a different design that symbolises the bread baking process. The individual designs together with the semi-hidden SAF-logo, which was applied to the material in a special printing process, respond to the company's anti-counterfeiting requirements.
“The designs of our new yeast sachets are very appealing to the consumers. The different visuals show the usage of our yeast in a humorous way and the silver baking pots and trays are very eye-catching. Amcor Flexibles did a great job in realizing this challenging design and therefore helped us to defend our brand name and take up the battle against imitations of our precious yeast," explains Tatiana Vilianinova, Production Director at SAF Neva.
Each yeast sachet also features a unique production code on the backside of the pack, which allows tracking and further proves the authenticity of the product. The printing of this code requires a special Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) unit and makes high demands on the film.
