RockBridge Completes Property Sale
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/31/12 -- RockBridge Resources Inc. ("RockBridge" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RBE) is pleased to announce that it has now completed the sale of its interests in its Pembina Cardium properties to a Calgary oil and gas company. The sale was for cash of $625,000 subject to adjustments and was effective as of October 1, 2012.
The Company is now focussing on its existing projects and projects under consideration in its strategic alliance with Crimson Energy Ltd. With the completion of the sale, the Company is now virtually debt free, other than convertible debentures due 2014, and its improved finances will greatly facilitate seeking out new oil and gas opportunities.
