Enter a charity event
Those in need of fitness motivation could try training for a charity event or good cause. Some marathons, fun-runs and charity sporting events may require a small registration fee, but it would go towards a good cause.
Turn your home into a gym
Household cleaning and other chores, such as window cleaning or painting, may help with toning muscles. Typical household products and goods could also double up as weights. This could be canned food or bags of sugar.
