On 25th October 2012, the extraordinary general meeting of World Markets AG
agreed the suggested capital increase for which the Board of Directors may
issue up to 2,670,000 further shares.
This increase is necessary in order to finance the takeover of F.I.T.
Management Ltd. and other planned projects. The offering period runs from
November 1st, 2012 till January 15th, 2013. The issuing price of the shares
is based on the currently traded share price.
The extraordinary general meeting also appointed Mr. Robert W. Hausheer to
the Board of Directors.
