Ian Kleinman to Also Demonstrate Unique Chocolate Truffle Preparations at the Third Annual Orange County Chocolate Festival
(firmenpresse) - GARDEN GROVE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/02/12 -- World-famous creative food chef Ian Kleinman is preparing 2,000 special truffles for the Orange County Chocolate Festival's third annual VIP Party Friday, November 2, 2012. Kleinman is preparing the truffles at the Hyatt Regency Orange County Hotel where the third annual Orange County Chocolate Festival is being held this weekend. The 2,000 specially made truffles will be provided for the attendees at the VIP party Friday evening. Kleinman will also provide several demonstrations of his unique, creative food preparation talents to the general public at the Orange County Chocolate Festival on Saturday, November 3, 2012.

The third annual Orange County Chocolate Festival was moved to the Hyatt Regency Orange County Hotel near Disneyland to accommodate the large growth of attendees expected at this year's event.
