Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) has published the half-year report as of
September 30, 2012. The comprehensive income for the first six months of the
financial year 2012/2013 amounts to EUR 5.3 million. As of September 30, 2012,
the net asset value per share stood at EUR 56.20 (CHF 67.92), which represents
an increase of 3.6% since March 31, 2012 (in EUR, adjusted for the distribution
of share premium (paid in-capital) of CHF 2 per share in September).
