Eonsmoke Electric Cigarettes Registers US Trademark
(firmenpresse) - GARFIELD, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 11/05/12 -- Eonsmoke, a leading vapor cigarette brand announced today it has received its official trademark registration from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The registration of this trademark now disallows any other entity to legally use the name Eonsmoke and any other names that are confusingly similar within the electronic cigarette industry.
The trademark Eonsmoke Electronic Cigarettes (Reg. No. 4209049) was issued on Sept. 18 by the USPTO. The trademark application serial number 85471742 was filed on Nov. 14, 2011 and was registered on Sept. 18.
"This definitely marks an achievement for our company since a small number of brands in the electric cigarette industry own significant intellectual property," says Daniel Lipchanskiy, Executive Vice President of Eonsmoke, LLC. "Registering this trademark will allow the larger corporate chains to recognize Eonsmoke as a leading rechargeable e-cigarette powerhouse. We're confident that coupled with our explosive growth this registration will lead to national retailer attention."
The company reported it raised financing with an undisclosed financial institution last month. The amount of the raise was not revealed. "It's an exciting time to be in the OTB other tobacco products business; Eonsmoke electronic cigarettes are going mainstream in a hurry," says Daniel Lipchanskiy.
