Highlights during the quarter:
* Direct sales up 3 per cent
* Sales, excluding assets held for sale, of MNOK 912 (-5 per cent)
* Successful integration of MPX.no and Itegra.no into the Group's common IT
platform with completion costs of MNOK 8.2
* EBIT: MNOK 2.9
* Positive cash flow from operating activities of MNOK 36.9
* Komplett BV (Komplett.nl, Komplett.be and Komplett.ie) has been sold to
ParaDigit Holding BV
The company will release its second quarter 2010 interim report at 17:30 hours
