Doxa Energy Adjusts Terms of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/06/12 -- Doxa Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DXA)(OTCQX: DXAEF)(FRANKFURT: 5D0) ("Doxa" or the "Company") reports that it has extended the expiry date and/or reduced the exercise price on all of its issued and outstanding share purchase warrants. In order to implement these amendments, the TSX Venture Exchange first required that Doxa Energy receive written consent from 100% of warrantholders and that it also implement a forced exercise provision to the terms and conditions of all affected warrants. The amended warrants, including all changes to their terms and conditions are outlined below.
The Company will be immediately issuing a news release in the event that any of the aforementioned forced exercise mechanisms are implemented.
