Z-Gold Amends the Expiry Date of the Warrants Issued on December 3, 2010
(firmenpresse) - ROUYN-NORANDA, CANADA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/06/12 -- Z-Gold Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ZGG) announces that its Board of Directors has approved the extension of the expiry date of the 527,778 common share purchase warrants issued on December 3, 2010 for three additional years. The warrants will now expire on December 3, 2015 and the exercise price of $0.26 remains the same. This modification is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
None of these warrants has been exercised and insiders of the Company do not hold any of them.
