Secondary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange
The Company is pleased to announce that trading of its ordinary shares of no par
value (the "Ordinary Shares") will commence on the Official List of the Bermuda
Stock Exchange ("BSX") with effect from Friday, 30 April 2010.
The BSX is a 'recognised stock exchange' (as defined in UK tax legislation). The
effect of the listing on the Ordinary Shares on the BSX as well as on AIM is to
alter the status of the Ordinary Shares for certain UK taxpayers. In particular,
the Ordinary Shares may now be held in Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) and
are no longer treated as unquoted for the purposes of inheritance tax and other
UK tax legislation.
