Premier New England Information Security Business Continues National Expansion With the Infusion of Additional Capital and Resources

The acquisition will provide additional capital and resources to support Sage's growth initiatives.
Sage serves as a strategic security partner for financial institutions, healthcare providers, government agencies and data-sensitive businesses. The company helps clients protect information assets and systems from the myriad of constantly evolving data security threats.
As part of the transaction, Knob Hill Partners will invest in the growth of the company and the expansion of its vulnerability assessment, incident response, and nDiscovery log analysis services. Sage will maintain its name, management team, employees, and Portland headquarters. The company's founder, Sari Greene, has been named to the Board of Directors. Charles Burckmyer and Scott Noll, Managing Partners at Knob Hill, will assume operational responsibility for the business.
