Press Release DERE Plc.: General Meeting

On April 23rd 2010, DERE plc held its General Meeting.
The following resolutions were on the agenda:
1.To purchase by the Company the entire capital of Larmag Energia Removable S.L.U..
2.To authorize and issue 40,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company.
3.To elect Lars-Erik Magnusson as a director of the Company.
4.To elect Dick Koster as a director of the Company.
5.To elect Juan Miguel Ferrer as a non-executive director of the Company.
All resolution were unanimously approved by DERE’s shareholders
The resolution to change the name of the company has been deferred to the EGM of the company in June and therefore, has not been proposed at this meeting.
