outlook for 2012 financial year

Straelen, November 7, 2012 - The new CEO of the Bob Mobile AG - the future
Cliq Digital AG - is pushing ahead to enhance the company's business model.
'We identified measures to improve the positioning of the future Cliq
Digital AG in the most attractive business areas', explains Luc Voncken,
who took over as CEO in early October. This includes focusing the group
stronger on the mobile entertainment (gaming) business, while reducing its
footprint in the online (PC) segment.
Independent of the adjustments to the business model, the new management
confirms its outlook: 'We are in line with the guidance given at the
beginning of September. We therefore reiterate our outlook for the 2012
financial year', says Luc Voncken. The company expects revenues of EUR 64
to 74 million and an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 10.5 to 12.5 million. The
EBITDA is adjusted for one-off items for the acquisition and integration of
Cliq BV.
The preparation of the IFRS consolidated financial statements of Bob
Mobile, in which Cliq BV will be consolidated for the first time needs
longer than expected. The management is confident to finalize the
conversion process and publish IFRS consolidated figures for the first
half-year of the 2012 financial year by the end of November. Furthermore,
the company will publish its Q3 figures (up to EBITDA level) on November,
21,according to the company's financial calendar.
Meanwhile, the future composition of the supervisory board has been
determined, consisting of Dr. Andreas Hoynigg (Chairman), Cornelis Herman
van der Steenstraten and Karel Gustaaf Tempelaar. Dr. Andreas Hoynigg
comments: 'As Chairman for many years I strongly support Luc as the new CEO
of Cliq Digital and his strategy. Moreover I am very confident that the
company will be successful in focusing on mobile entertainment.'
