Perfection in micro-dispensing with the eco-DUO450

(PresseBox) - Reliable bonding of various material, such as metals, plastics and combinations thereof, requires a high degree of technical know-how. Not only is the selection of the suitable adhesives an important factor, even more critical is the choice of the right dosing system.
As adhesives are getting more complex, dosing systems also have to keep up with this progress. Today's 2K adhesives do not just consist of two simple components. They often contain fillers such as spacers and microcapsules, which have a specific role in the bonding process. In order to fulfill these specific roles, it must be ensured that these fillers are not damaged or destroyed during the dosing process.
With the low-shear, gentle on the product, high-precision, endless-piston-technology of the eco-DUO450, such adhesives with fillers are volumetrically dosed without destroying any of the spacers or microcapsules.
