Greenwave Bio Limited announces Greenwave Bio SRL Romania Update
Romania, November 9th 2012, Greenwave Bio Limited subsidiary company
Greenwave Bio SRL Romania has been granted by the Constanta Regional Agency
for Environmental Protection Regulation Division an 11 year permit from
2012 to 30/02/2021 for the following activities:
Activity category according to Annex 1 of GEO 152/2005:
4.1.b) - Chemical installations for the production of basic organic
chemicals: oxygen-containing hydrocarbons, esters. NACE code:
1041 Manufacture of oils and fats;
2014 Manufacture of other organic basic chemicals;
2059 manufacture of other chemical products nec
The permit enables Greenwave Bio SRL Romania to continue with
reconditioning of the existing waste to oil partnership in Romania as well
as building the intended 50 ton per day waste to energy plant producing
over 11,000 liters of biofuel per day and to expand to 330 ton per day.
Greenwave Bio SRL will take direct investment into the project in the form
of 'project interest' from professional and institutional financer's as a
method of financing the project and plant directly.

Romanian counter parties, but also to develop our own company to include
the appropriate licenses. Regardless of all obstacles, we have managed to
get the permitting required and maintain our companies direction and
