EXCLUSIVE MARKETING AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH ROCKFIELD RESOURCES
The Directors of Pan Asia Corporation Ltd (the 'Company'; ASX: PZC) are
pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an exclusive
agreement with Rockfield Resources ('Rockfield') to market and sell thermal
coal and other commodities on behalf of the Company. The agreement's sole
exclusion is coal from the TCM project, in relation to which the Company
may enter into separate off-take arrangements upon completion of the
Innovation West acquisition.
CEO of Rockfield Resources, Pascal Skelin said 'Pan Asia is uniquely
positioned to deliver much needed resources to a growing market. We are
excited by what Pan Asia has to offer through the mines and exploration
tenements which it stands to acquire interests in and we look forward to a

Rockfield will focus on assisting the Company in the marketing and, where
required, the financing of their projects in order to fast-track and expand
production to yield further output for Rockfield's clients.
Rockfield has well-established relationships and clientele which include
provincial governments, power stations, steel mills and various buyers of
resources throughout China, Japan, India and Korea who have strong current
demand for the Company's products.
