Frankfurt am Main, 12 November 2012 - Andreas Lange has resigned from his
role as Managing Director, with effect as of 12 November 2012. The reasons
for his resignation are the change in shareholders and the strategic
changes in Altira AG, the sole shareholder and general partner of Heliad
Equity Partners GmbH&Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0L1NN5). Altira AG was founded
by the Angermayer, Brumm&Lange group of companies which sold its shares
in Altira AG successfully in October of this year.
Mr Lange assumed his role as Managing Director in April of last year,
having previously been a member of the Supervisory Board of Heliad Equity
Partners GmbH&Co. KGaA, with the aim of completing the company's
restructuring and then passing operations on to a successor. Under his
watch, the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of the company was stabilised,
the free liquidity for investments was increased, thus creating the
conditions for future growth. The Supervisory Board offers Mr Lange its
sincere thanks for his excellent work.
Business operations will be managed for the moment exclusively by Mr
Hans-Dieter Tresser, who became Managing Director of Heliad Equity Partners
GmbH&Co. KGaA in September 2012 with the responsibility for the Finance
division.
