BMC Remedy Improves Quality of Service for State's Official Website

Texas NICUSA LLC, a subsidiary of NIC, the nation's leading provider of
official government Internet portals, is charged with providing the Texas
government with efficient, cost-effective ways to develop and maintain online

company is contractually obligated to the State of Texas to demonstrate mature
technology and wanted to move to a superior IT Service Management (ITSM)

Texas NICUSA chose the BMC Remedy IT Service Management solution from BMC
