These volunteers made significant contributions to the Association's Stop Diabetes movement on a national and local level.

These volunteers demonstrated in their community a significant and ongoing ability to recruit, train, and motivate local volunteers by sharing their passion, time, commitment and enthusiasm in a leadership role on a committee, event or community leadership board.
