Appointment of Director
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that Graham Shore has been
appointed a director. Graham was previously the Group Managing Director of Shore
Capital Group plc ("Shore Capital") from 1990 to 2010 and has assumed the role
of Group Managing Director of the Company.
Graham Barry Shore is aged 54. Graham joined Shore Capital in 1990 as Group
Managing Director. He was previously a partner in the management consultancy
division of Touche Ross (now Deloitte LLP) and responsible for the London
practice advising the telecommunications and new media industries. After a
degree in PPE from Oxford and a Master's degree in Economics from the LSE, he
worked for the Government as an economic adviser including several years
undertaking industry studies. At Touche Ross he undertook strategy and economic
assignments for a wide range of clients. His responsibilities include being
non-executive chairman of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited. He is also a
director of St Peter Port Capital Limited, the pre-IPO fund, and each of the
Puma VCTs.
Graham Shore currently holds, and has during the five years preceding the date
of this Document held, the following directorships and partnerships, other than
