NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS
Oxford, UK, 4 May 2010, Summit (AIM: SUMM), a UK drug discovery Company with
partner funded programmes and an innovative SeglinTM (second generation

announcing its preliminary results for the year ended 31 January 2010 on
Thursday, 6 May 2010.
