Supervisory Board of TAG Immobilien AG announces early extension of Rolf
Elgeti's CEO mandate through 2017
(Hamburg, 13 November 2012) - In yesterday's session, the Supervisory Board
of TAG Immobilien AG ('TAG' in the following) resolved an early extension
of Rolf Elgeti's mandate as CEO of the group, and confirmed him in his
office through 31 December 2017. Mr Elgeti has served as Chairman&CEO of
TAG since July 2009.
Dr. Lutz R. Ristow, Chairman of the TAG Supervisory Board, says: 'The early
extension of Mr Elgeti's mandate is primarily to ensure continuity in the
TAG Group's management. At the same time, the Supervisory Board's
resolution is a tribute to Mr Elgeti's achievements. With his expertise, he
has in recent years turned the TAG Group into one of Germany's major and
successful real-estate companies.'
