The smooth, non-porous and odor- and taste-neutral inner lining of BLAUDIECK® hoses conforms to the XXI recommendations of the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) as well as the directives of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the US. It is resistant to conventional cleaning agents and sanitizers and is suitable for CIP (cleaning in place). BLAUDIECK® hoses with UPE inner liner are also resistant to high-power cleaning agents and sanitizers. Both the inner lining and cover of the ContiTech brand-name hose are resistant to grease, oil and lyes.
