(OTCBB: BKYI), a global leader in fingerprint biometric identification solutions and advanced mobile identification technology, today announced plans to release third quarter Fiscal 2012 financial results on Monday, November 19, 2012.
The earnings announcement has been delayed due to the recent weather activities in the Northeast, including Hurricane Sandy and the subsequent snow storm. The BIO-key corporate office, located on the Jersey Shore, in Wall New Jersey was impacted by the storm and without power for eight days. In conjunction with the earnings announcement, BIO-key will schedule a conference call in early December, to review the results and update investors on the progress of strategic alliances and partnerships.
