Sydney, Australia 5th May 2010 - Can Can Lingerie Holding AG (ISIN: CH0044678180 / symbol: CCH) has today received confirmation of the following:
1. Paid-in capital: As agreed with the Company’s Auditors, the major shareholders of ALF Group (ALF) were to pay in CHF 325,000 as paid in capital within 30 days of the company’s AGM, which was held on 12th April 2010. The major shareholders of ALF have provided the auditors with proof that this commitment has now been met. As a result of the above CCH is not longer overindebted and will show an extraordinary profit of CHF 324,999 in the current fiscal year.
2. Name change: at the recent AGM, shareholder approval was granted to change the name of the company to ALF Group Holdings AG. The Directors have today received official confirmation from the Swiss commercial register of canton Zug that the name change has been registered.
3. Ticker code change: In line with the change in the company name the Directors have requested that a new ticker code be allocated to the company. The new ticker code on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be “AG1”, effective as of 6th May 2010.
