Neovia Logistics Services Appoints Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/13/12 -- Neovia Logistics Services, a business formerly known as Caterpillar Logistics Services, announced the appointment of Joe Tomczak as Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining, Tomczak was the CFO of Martin-Brower, LLC, the world's largest distributor of food, paper, and miscellaneous products to McDonald's restaurants around the globe. Prior to that, he has been the CFO of several companies in the distribution, logistics, and assembly industries for both publicly traded and private companies.
Tomczak holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Platinum Equity, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, acquired majority interest in the company from Caterpillar Inc. in July. A rebranding initiative is underway with the new name, Neovia, and corporate brand identity announced last week.
