EXCHANGE
Long Beach, CA, November 14, 2012 - AES, a leading provider of advanced
interactive software solutions for banking transactions, announces today
its new listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange ('BSX'). AES' Chairman&CEO, Joseph Konowiecki, will be at the BSX for its opening on November 14,
2012. AES will trade under the symbol AES:BH on the Bermuda Stock Exchange
and AESL:SIX on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
AES is listing on the BSX as a Bermuda holding company, since AES is a
financial services company and many insurance and financial services
companies are domiciled in Bermuda. The company also intends to be
dual-listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and its European headquarters will be
in Switzerland. AES plans an institutional European roadshow organized by
Continental Advisors (Lux) during the month of November.
The AES TRUE(TM) suite of proprietary software programs provide 'TRUE(TM)
Sustainable Solutions for Consumer Credit Portfolios' and integrate with
the entire lifecycle of a bank's consumer loan portfolio and its business
rules on a real-time automated basis. AES' intelligent decision engine

solutions in meeting their payment obligations. This TRUE(TM) system not
only adds margin to the lending institution's credit portfolio, but also
provides better customer experience and enhances the brand of the bank.
