On Friday 28th May 2010, starting at 10 am, the West Africa Mining Holding
AG will be holding its first ordinary annual general meeting at the Park
Hyatt Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland. The invitation to the first ordinary
annual general meeting of the West Africa Mining Holding AG, along with the
day's agenda and the conditions of participation, will be published
according to the company's statues in the official journal, the Swiss Trade
Bulletin, a.k.a the 'Schweizerische Handelsblatt'.
In addition to the publication in the Swiss Trade Bulletin, the invitation
to the first ordinary annual general meeting of the West Africa Holding AG
will also be available for our shareholders to download on the company's
internet site from 7th May 2010 onwards.
