Atlantic Global Plc (AIM:ATL), the specialist provider of Project Portfolio
Management ("PPM") software applications, today announces that at the Company's
Annual General Meeting, held at 14:30 on Thursday 6 May, all resolutions put to
Shareholders by the Board were duly passed.
