Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm) issues this notice on behalf of Geir Aase,
who is a primary insider in the company.
Geir Aase received 200,000 incentive subscription rights under Thinfilm's 2009
Subscription Rights Incentive Plan 6 May 2010. The exercise price of the SRs is
NOK 1.09 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest at each anniversary from the
date of the grant. The SRs expire on 6 May 2014.
After the transaction, Geir Aase holds or controls 5,000 shares and 200,000
rights to shares in Thinfilm.
