IFM Immobilien AG achieves significant growth in nine-month earnings
Frankfurt am Main, November 16, 2012 - According to preliminary figures,
IFM Immobilien achieved a consolidated profit after taxes of EUR 5.7
million in the first nine months of the 2012 fiscal year. That means an
increase of 22.8% (EUR 4.7 million) over the same period of the previous
year. The operating profit (EBT) also increased significantly compared to
the first nine months of 2011, rising by 26.3% to EUR 8.6 million
(prior-year level: EUR 6.8 million).
The equity ratio stood at 33.6% as of September 30, 2012. The loan to value
ratio (LTV), based on the portfolio of properties held by IFM, was 61.8% on
the same date.
IFM Immobilien AG's final results for the first nine months of 2012 will be
published as scheduled on Thursday, November 22, 2012.
