Mobile Loyalty consolidates its listing to AktieTorget, Sweden and de-lists
from Frankfurt Stock Exchange
London/Frankfurt/Malmö, November 16, 2012
Mobile Loyalty plc, the mobile advertising company (Frankfurt Stock
Exchange 'M8L' and AktieTorget 'MOBI SDB') (the 'Company'), today announces
that the Board of Directors has decided that the Company will de-list from
Deutsche Boerse's Frankfurt Stock Exchange as a result of the closing of
the First Quotation Board on December 15, 2012. Consequently, the Company
will consolidate the trading of its shares on one market place in Sweden
with the objective to simplify the trading of the Mobile Loyalty share and
facilitate a greater trading liquidity.
Whilst the Company has only one class of shares, today these shares are
either registered for trading on the First Quotation Board segment of the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange Open Market or traded on AktieTorget in Stockholm
in the form of Swedish Depository Receipts ('SDR'). The Company's shares
registered for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will cease trading
on December 15, 2012 when the First Quotation Board closes down. However,
the current trading of SDRs will continue as usual on AktieTorget,
Stockholm. Going forward, the Company is working on streamlining the
trading of the Mobile Loyalty shares so that all of the Company's shares
will be registered for trading in Sweden.
Shareholders that have shares registered for trading on the Open Market can
convert their shares to SDR for trading on AktieTorget. Alternatively,
shareholders with shares registered on the Open Market can wait until their
shares have been registered for trading in Sweden. This work is expected to
be completed during the first half of 2013.
