Wins 'Pegasystems Innovator of the Year' award in the European Insurance sector
category
LONDON, 10 May 2010 - Xchanging (LSE: XCH), one of the largest and fastest
growing business processors, has won the Pegasystems Innovator of the Year award
in the European Insurance sector category. This annual award honours a company
that has discovered new and effective ways to leverage the Pegasystems Business
Process Management (BPM) technology and Build for Change(®) thinking to create a
tactical and / or competitive advantage. Xchanging won the award for the Claims
Workflow Service which is delivered as a managed service to the London Insurance
Market. The service orchestrates the claims agreement process across
participants of the Lloyd's market.

The award was presented to Xchanging at Pegasystems' annual conference,
PegaWORLD, held in Philadelphia. Speaking after the awards' ceremony, Alan
