FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Southampton, PA, USA, November 19, 2012 - Environmental Tectonics Corporation's
("ETC" or the "Company") Simulation Division, located in Orlando, FL, has been
awarded a contract from the Netherlands Defense Materiel Organization to deliver
an Advanced Disaster Management Simulator (ADMS(TM)). The simulator will be used
to educate, assess, and train fire and rescue services personnel.

The portable ADMS-Airbase virtual reality training system will be delivered to
the Fire Academy of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) at Woensdrecht Air
Force Base, and from there deployed by mobile training teams to provide on-site
training to all other bases and facilities in the Netherlands. The training
system will be adapted to meet specific requirements including RNLAF vehicles
with crews, a variety of aircraft incidents such as F-16, Pilatus PC-7, KDC-10
Tanker, Hercules C-130, Apache AH-64D, Chinook CH-47F; and road traffic
accidents, hazmat situations, wildland and structural fires.

ADMS-Airbase consists of a military airbase with hangers, aircraft shelters,
support facilities, ammunition storage, residential areas, and runways. The
ADMS-Airbase system features ETC's Signature Simulation Technology including the
SmartModel(TM) library, which enhances exercise development and creativity by
allowing unlimited scenario capabilities. SmartModel library objects such as
aircraft and crashed vehicles can be added to any scenario to create additional
challenges for the trainees.

"We are very happy with the selection of ADMS because this is the kind of
simulation quality we were looking for." said Major Rob Venmans, Chief of the
RNLAF Fire Academy. "Our live fire training facility is one of the most complete

in the world; nevertheless, we needed to expand our training capabilities to
assure we can deliver mission-ready fire personnel at all times. With ADMS we
can prepare our personnel properly in a high-fidelity virtual reality
environment for live fire training and for all critical situations that cannot
be trained live at all. Now we will be able to provide On Scene Commander
courses without calling in trucks with crews and all types of aircraft, which
saves us resources, time and money."

About ADMS

ADMS(TM) is a high-fidelity Virtual Reality Simulation Training Platform that
comprises multiple products including Incident Command training from technical
to strategic level (ADMS-Command), emergency response and force protection
specific to a military environment (ADMS-Airbase), driver training and vehicle
operation (ADMS-ARFF and ADMS-Drive) and multiple level police coordination for
crowd management and riot control (ADMS-Control).  ETC's signature True
Simulation Technology blends physics-based simulation, embedded artificial
intelligence, accurate animations, photo-realistic graphics, ambient sounds,
vehicle controls, and motion platforms to totally immerse trainees in the
exercise.  ADMS enables first responders and emergency managers to prepare at
all levels of response in a safe, economical and environmentally-conscious
way.
