Ruric's Annual report for 2009 is now available on the company
website,www.ruric.com . Printing the report is in
progress and is expected to be completed in a couple of days. A printed copy can
be ordered by phone +46 8 509 00 100/102, fax +46 8 611 77 99 or by e-mail
info(at)ruric.com. Translation to English is in progress.

The Annual report contains previously undisclosed information on new leases and
vacancy rates. Since the year-end report was published, approximately 700 sq.m
has been leased out, and the vacancy rate is now down to 17 per cent. This means
that since year-end approximately 1000 sq.m or 30 percent of the vacant area has
been leased out.
