Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Announce City View Competition Winners
Winners of recent photography competition chosen to claim their luxury prizes
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 11/21/12 -- Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, one of Europe's leading providers of superb 4 star and 4 star deluxe accommodations, have announced the winners of their recent photography competition called 'City View', which encouraged bloggers and keen photographers to capture their favourite city through the eye of a camera lense.
And after much deliberation and discussion, , accompanied by a panel of specialist judges, have announced the three lucky competition winners, each claiming a fantastic prize based on separate category entries.
The competition, which incorporated the use of twitter to allow entrants to submit their snaps, ran throughout the month of October before coming to a close on Halloween (31st October). The winners and their prizes are announced below:
As well as the three main category winners, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels also awarded two 'Honourable Mention' prizes to Marie-Eve Vallieres and Romana Sak, for their images of New York and Paris respectively. Maria won a GBP 75 gift voucher to be redeemed inside any UK Millennium & Copthorne Hotel, whereas Romana won GBP 50.
The five winning photographs are available to view on and include the judges' comments and reasoning behind their choices.
