Osisko Mining Corporation ("Osisko")(TSX: OSK)(FRANKFURT: EWX) is pleased to announce that its board of directors adopted a resolution fixing the close of business on Friday May 28th, 2010, as the record date for the purpose of determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders.
The Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders of Osisko will be held at the mine site buildings located on the Canadian Malartic Project in the Town of Malartic, Quebec, on Wednesday June 30th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. (local time).
