National Concrete Accessories Acquisition Announcement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/21/12 -- National Concrete Accessories (NCA), Canada's largest manufacturer and distributor of high quality concrete form hardware, accessories and construction products, announced the successful acquisition of Braycor.
Founded in 1978, Braycor established a solid reputation for delivering high quality products and materials to construction, institutional and commercial markets in the Ottawa region. The facility boasts 10,000 square feet of office and warehousing space to accommodate a wide range of innovative products. Braycor has built an excellent industry reputation founded on strong relationships, technical support and exceptional customer service.
Chris Kelly, Branch Manager of Braycor commented, "I am very excited about joining the NCA team in this new role. I think NCA already has a great business model and brand image and I look forward to bringing my expertise to contribute to this successful organization."
This acquisition will be NCA's 12th sales and distribution location in Canada and will expand the company's technical and service capabilities to Eastern Ontario.
