Saskatchewan Conferences, Charities & Corporate Partners to Benefit from Giving Program
(firmenpresse) - REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN -- (Marketwire) -- 11/21/12 -- Saskatchewan's conference delegates will be getting more charitable this week with the launch of a new initiative that helps them collectively give back to a local charity of their choice. The initiative - called ™ - connects corporate partners with delegates and charities to enhance the impact of conferences on attendees, businesses, and host communities. The first event will be held at the convention coming up later this week in support of the .
Rather than "tagging on" a giving opportunity to events, Delegive ™ offers businesses the chance to sponsor charitable giving opportunities and inspire delegates to make giving back an integral part of the conference experience. The Convention defines a cause or charity that is important to them, DeleGIVE ™ secures a corporate partner who receives high-level profile and publicity, and a cause or charity receives much needed support.
"Our goal is to make charitable giving as common at any conference as a coffee break. You would never design a conference without a coffee break, nor would you bring delegates together without creating a DeleGIVE ™ project," says , creator of Delegive ™. Avram believes the three-way approach can dramatically elevate the conference experience for delegates and benefit host communities.
