(PresseBox) - The OpenHouseDay of the software provider Contentserv proved itself again as a visitor attraction. In the IT sector, the OpenHouseDay has established itself as a meeting place for customers, partners and all interested parties. 150 participants are impressive proof of this.
Under the slogan ?Freedom For New Perspectives? the fourth OpenHouseDay of the Enterprise Marketing Management software provider took place in Rohrbach. For the Contentserv customers, partners and all other interested people, the OpenHouseDay has become an integral part of the annual event calendar. This year a four-part lecture program, which is available for download on www.contentserv.com/openhouseday, was offered for the first time.
The program was divided into the topics strategy and management, marketing and communication, IT and publishing as well as customers in dialog. The following well-known specialists and experts provided insights into the actual trends and topics: Frank Ridder, Research Vice President of Gartner, Prof. Dr. Thaler of the Stuttgart Media University, Ira Melaschuk of Melaschuk Medien and Dr. Eike Wagner of the Change Consulting Group. Moreover, best practice examples of international companies such as Miele and Vaillant were presented as well.
The OpenHouseDay program, which comprised 24 different lectures, concluded with a panel discussion ?Market Makers in Dialog?. The speakers included Jürgen Burger, LNC Group GmbH & Co. KG, Ira Melaschuk, Melaschuk Medien and Dr. Erich Koetter, bmk Beratung und Management. The experts first focussed on the question as to who the key players in the MDM market are, as well as how to distinguish this market from the PIM multichannel market. The participants discussed the different requirements marketing and IT departments might have with regard to a PIM system and which digital marketing trends (mobile, social, online) have arrived from the USA. Additional topics included the introduction of a Chief Marketing Technologist in more and more companies, as well as for which technologies the constantly increasing marketing budget will be used in future.




The OpenHouseNight started with the presentation of the Star Award. This coveted prize was given to outstanding Contentserv projects, customers and partners. The award for the best customer and partner projects went to Vaillant Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG and to C. & E. Fein GmbH and Miele & Cie. KG as customer and Stämpfli Publikationen AG as partner were also awarded.
The day was concluded with a buffet, live music and the vernissage of the artist Horst Thürheimer. Many guests were pleased to accept the invitation to spend a relaxing evening at Contentserv!
